Being an inventor, one thing I have to deal with on a regular basis is the group of harsh critics who say that my inventions and ideas are completely unrealistic, and therefore impossible.
Reality actually has nothing to do with what will or will not be possible - the term merely refers to what goes on right here and now in the world around us. It might be unrealistic to have a teleporter, since said teleporter doesn't currently exist in the world around us, but that doesn't make it impossible to have a teleporter (which would mean that it never could, even theoretically, exist in any form at all).
"Reality" is a judgment of time and current events - it is NOT a constraint. The definition of what is and isn't "realistic" changes every day as the world changes.
Don't let the modern misconstrued definition restrict you.
In terms of vision I like the way this theme of reality was portrayed with subdued color. I feel that if it was done with vibrant color then it would have taken away the energy of the context.
All in all, this piece is provocative in a good sense and allows one to contemplate life, and the many things we do not yet understand. I tip my hat to the artist for explaining something so vast yet portraying it so small on an item such as a stamp.
